About
A fully vegan ramen shop on the third floor of Ecute inside JR Ueno Station. Everything is free of meat, fish, eggs, and dairy, with no MSG. Non vegans eat here and leave impressed. The menu goes beyond ramen too, covering keema curry, ginger fried soy pork, veggie katsu sandwiches, and seasonal specials that rotate regularly.
Good to know
- Beyond the tantanmen, offerings include a nuttier black sesame version and a bright yuzu ramen. Konjac noodles can be swapped in.
- The pan-fried gyoza is a popular side.
- Most bowls range from ¥1,000 to ¥1,500.
- Inside the Ecute Ueno ticket gates. Accessing from outside requires an IC card or a platform ticket (approximately ¥150).
