About
Alchemy is a fully plant based, fully gluten free restaurant on the fourth floor of the Tower Plaza at Azabudai Hills. It's the first location outside of the original in Ubud, Bali, where the restaurant has been listed among the world's best raw food restaurants. The Tokyo outpost opened with the Azabudai Hills complex and carries the same philosophy: everything is made from scratch using whole food, plant based ingredients, with no meat, fish, eggs, dairy, refined sugar, MSG, or chemical seasonings. The interior is Bali inspired with rattan furniture, natural textiles, ornamental plants, and large windows that bring in natural light. There are 48 seats including a terrace. The menu covers a build your own salad bar with over 30 toppings, bowls, pancake stacks, sandwiches, ponzu noodles, cold pressed juices, smoothies, kombucha, and desserts including coconut soft serve.
